Bowie Dillon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. In the 17th minute Arman Beneth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Babayaro Brzęczyszczykiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Zygmunt Zielonka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zygmunt Zielonka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bowie Dillon in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vilhelm Henriksson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vilhelm Henriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Obiajulu Head, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Brenn McTom got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Babayaro Brzęczyszczykiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars-Erik Finman in the 44th minute of the match. FC ILIRIA's Vilhelm Henriksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save FC ILIRIA from getting a goal against them. Babayaro Brzęczyszczykiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars-Erik Finman in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bowie Dillon to strike the kick off in the second half. KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Zygmunt Zielonka got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 58th minute by Alan Van Beets got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bowie Dillon in the 59th minute of play forced FC ILIRIA's goalkeeper Vilhelm Henriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 booed when FC ILIRIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Flink didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC ILIRIA made a substitution. Jimmy Bröms replaced Lars-Erik Finman. After 67 played minutes FC ILIRIA got a freekick which was hit by Dan Flink. In the 67th minute, Zygmunt Zielonka sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC ILIRIA's Vilhelm Henriksson didn't even have to move. FC ILIRIA's Vilhelm Henriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bowie Dillon in the 77th minute of play.
