Tiago Gabriel Cabral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiago Gabriel Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Ahlström in the 19th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Luís Eduardo Mangueira in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Ove Ahlström. Tiago Gabriel Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antônio Santos made a kick off. Tiago Gabriel Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Santos in the 54th minute of play. After 57 played minutes ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Maldini. A collision led to Vae Victis!! getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Luís Eduardo Mangueira hit a great ball. Vae Victis!!'s Ivo Domingues was substituted for Natã Terra. The supporters of ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ booed when Vae Victis!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Eduardo Mangueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antônio Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Ove Ahlström heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 74th minute, Arthur Guedes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute of the match, Arthur Guedes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 83rd minute of the match, Ove Ahlström got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 87th play minute Arthur Guedes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tiago Gabriel Cabral. 0-4. Arthur Guedes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tiago Gabriel Cabral came out and tried to block the shot, but Arthur Guedes slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 91st minute.
