Tuncer Polathan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeremias Tinoco's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 21stth minute of the game Atabek Tecimen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Misericordia EC's Léo Leão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atabek Tecimen in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Léo Leão saved Misericordia EC from getting behind. Léo Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atabek Tecimen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Ian Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tuncer Polathan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bob Dinamite's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Misericordia EC's Léo Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atabek Tecimen in the 30th minute of play. Léo Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rıfkı Esenboğa, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 35 minutes, Ahmet İlke Akbayrak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CAN ERZURUM and the Misericordia EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 36 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goalkeeper Tuncer Polathan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Tinoco. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeremias Tinoco made a kick off. Aha Gol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Misericordia EC's Léo Leão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Misericordia EC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Jeremias Tinoco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tuncer Polathan was relentless in the 56th minute of the game.
