In the last second Lan Šorli throw himself and got hold of the ball when Luciano Bertran in the 7thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When Piernas Locas Crane FC's Segundo Ubelteso in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HIT Gorica's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Piernas Locas Crane FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Bartolo Acuña hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the game, HIT Gorica's Duško Turnšek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Horacio Ishmael made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of HIT Gorica booed when Piernas Locas Crane FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Acuña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horacio Ishmael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Istok Šabotić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horacio Ishmael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duško Turnšek, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute, Goražd Djordjević hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, Segundo Ubelteso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piernas Locas Crane FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 46 played minutes Piernas Locas Crane FC got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Acuña. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Lan Šorli came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Piernas Locas Crane FC's Segundo Ubelteso. But to his dismay, Segundo Ubelteso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Horacio Ishmael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Duško Turnšek in the 58th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luciano Bertran during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Piernas Locas Crane FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Luciano Bertran hit a great ball. Duško Turnšek did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Horacio Ishmael 65 minutes into the match. Segundo Ubelteso took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lan Šorli. Lan Šorli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piernas Locas Crane FC's goalkeeper Horacio Ishmael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Duško Turnšek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Horacio Ishmael made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Segundo Ubelteso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lan Šorli was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. There was no doubt that Piernas Locas Crane FC were the better team. Piernas Locas Crane FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
