Ovidiu Spirea scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tenyo Dudovski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the FC Bourgas defense, Marc Beneth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tenyo Dudovski. The FC Bourgas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tenyo Dudovski should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the game, Karl-Åke Håkansson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nick Usel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. 69 minutes into the match, FC Bourgas's goalkeeper Tenyo Dudovski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ovidiu Spirea. Marcellus Baumann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grozdan Martinov, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Usel in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Bourgas's goalkeeper Tenyo Dudovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marc Beneth hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the match was over Halkus Valkus BK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Bourgas throughout the match.
