After a defensive mix-up in United.SF's zone, Emilio Di Blasio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmiro Veto came out of the goal and Emilio Di Blasio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 7 minutes into the match, United.SF's Arnoldo Aballe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Trombetta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Victorio Lizer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Fasciani in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmiro Veto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 14th minute, Daniele Di Gregorio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Delmiro Veto. The goal made the score 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, United.SF's goalkeeper Delmiro Veto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arrigo Sciarretta. Ovidio Geleberto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christian Trombetta. Borgo Doria F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. United.SF's Delmiro Veto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save United.SF from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Augusto Fasciani sped through United.SF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Delmiro Veto. Danilo Esquipula took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christian Trombetta. Borgo Doria F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Christian Trombetta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Aballe in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Aballe in the 38th minute of play forced Borgo Doria F.C.'s goalkeeper Christian Trombetta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Efrain Lordi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. United.SF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Borgo Doria F.C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, United.SF's Efrain Lordi got a free kick in the 41st minute. Daniele Di Gregorio charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniele Di Gregorio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Delmiro Veto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Fasciani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Trombetta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacobo Ferman's shot from short distance in the 46th minute.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Augusto Fasciani to make the kick off. Borgo Doria F.C.'s Christian Trombetta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Ferman in the 54th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Arrigo Sciarretta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Delmiro Veto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 60 minutes into the game, Borgo Doria F.C.'s Augusto Fasciani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delmiro Veto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 63 minutes into the match, Arrigo Sciarretta notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of United.SF's Delmiro Veto. Delmiro Veto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Feliciano Dacio kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, United.SF's goal looked a bit too open when Arrigo Sciarretta came free, but Delmiro Veto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Veto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Fasciani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Arrigo Sciarretta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Delmiro Veto. United.SF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arrigo Sciarretta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. United.SF's Arnoldo Aballe got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Borgo Doria F.C.'s Arrigo Sciarretta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delmiro Veto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. After 90 minutes of play, Borgo Doria F.C.'s Arrigo Sciarretta made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmiro Veto was left in no man's land by his defense there! 94 minutes into the match, United.SF's goal looked a bit too open when Arrigo Sciarretta came free, but Delmiro Veto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Borgo Doria F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
