Spectators: 172 (Terracing: 130, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Jari Litmanen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Adam Hsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 4th match minute, Springplank FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Japke Verbeek to maneuver through the defense. Springplank FC's Marnix de Jaeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarb Dhanabalan in the 8th minute of play. Marnix de Jaeger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Seng in the 12th minute of play. Marnix de Jaeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dale Seng in the 13th minute of the match. Marnix de Jaeger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamir Soon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Faizal Keng scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marnix de Jaeger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faizal Keng in the 19th minute of play forced Springplank FC's goalkeeper Marnix de Jaeger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Sunday Oliseh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Dale Seng managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oakham's supporters rose to their feet, but Dale Seng was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marnix de Jaeger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 28 minutes into the game, Faizal Keng cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Marnix de Jaeger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rdth minute of the game Faizal Keng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Springplank FC's Marnix de Jaeger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Oakham got a corner. Springplank FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Tioe ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Oakham's Joel Tioe to fire away a dangerous shot which Marnix de Jaeger despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Marnix de Jaeger came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Oakham's Wei Xuan Gopala Pillai. But to his dismay, Wei Xuan Gopala Pillai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 45 minutes into the match, Springplank FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sarb Dhanabalan came free, but Marnix de Jaeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Sarb Dhanabalan made the kick off in the second half. Marnix de Jaeger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dale Seng in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the game, Dale Seng cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Marnix de Jaeger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adam Hsi had several of the Springplank FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 57 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Marnix de Jaeger as he didn't even see the shot coming. Springplank FC's Marnix de Jaeger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Springplank FC from getting a goal against them. Springplank FC's attentive Sipke Kosterman managed to snatch the ball when Faizal Keng made a throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game. Marnix de Jaeger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dale Seng's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Oakham's Joel Tioe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. The crowd rose to their feet as Sarb Dhanabalan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marnix de Jaeger. That made the score 0-10 in the 73 minute of play. Marnix de Jaeger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Tioe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marnix de Jaeger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dale Seng went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. Springplank FC's Marnix de Jaeger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Springplank FC from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the match, Oakham's goal looked a bit too open when Jari Litmanen came free, but Bineesh Liang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Dale Seng had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marnix de Jaeger. Springplank FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dale Seng was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. After 90 played minutes Dale Seng rounded Springplank FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-13. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Faizal Keng during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd match minute, Oakham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faizal Keng to maneuver through the defense. Eric Borker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
