In the 14th minute Darryl Delaney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Resto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Darryl Delaney left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dorking United FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 19th match minute, Granate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Txatxu to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Darryl Delaney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Resto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Franz Graydon sped through Granate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gustavo Resto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Jefferies in the 41st minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Gustavo Resto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Granate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Fidensio to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Dorking United FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ashley Fowler hit a great ball. Granate's Gustavo Resto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franz Graydon in the 45th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franz Graydon in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Resto saved Granate from getting behind. The Granate players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dorking United FC were winning 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernan Chepe made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Dorking United FC's Rex Bridgeworth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Resto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. The supporters of Granate booed when Dorking United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mike Jefferies didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustavo Resto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franz Graydon in the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Dorking United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Kenna to maneuver through the defense. After 65 played minutes, Granate's Joaquin Ezkerra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Trevor Burns came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Granate reached it. Darryl Delaney succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franz Graydon got free with Gustavo Resto in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute, Mike Jefferies left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dorking United FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Gustavo Resto made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Mike Jefferies sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Granate's Gustavo Resto got control of the ball when Franz Graydon tried to sneak it across the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Ashley Fowler recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gustavo Resto. With a little luck, Granate's Gustavo Resto got control of the ball when Rex Bridgeworth tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustavo Resto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franz Graydon, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Franz Graydon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Resto. Granate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franz Graydon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. Gustavo Resto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ashley Fowler in the 95th minute of play. Dorking United FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
