With splendid footwork Lars Schuster arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-0 by the left pole in the game's 13th minute. Boulogne F.C.'s Teodosio Orkatz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Boulogne F.C. from getting a goal against them. Teodosio Orkatz made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Aki Hofstedde sent off a good shot on target. Benito Jerrold struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Tobias Schlagbauer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boulogne F.C.. After some careless play in the Freestylers defense, Samuel Mercurio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tobias Schlagbauer. The Freestylers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tobias Schlagbauer should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Freestylers's Luís Fernando Díaz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Teodosio Orkatz. That made the score 3-1 after 36 minutes of play. With a little luck, Boulogne F.C.'s Teodosio Orkatz got control of the ball when Luís Fernando Díaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teodosio Orkatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Arbogast, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Fernando Díaz to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fernando Díaz in the 52nd minute of play forced Boulogne F.C.'s goalkeeper Teodosio Orkatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Mercurio charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Mercurio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Freestylers booed when Boulogne F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Mercurio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urs Unterberger during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th match minute, Freestylers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urs Unterberger to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Lars Schuster ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodosio Orkatz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. After having played for 68 minutes, Georg Arbogast managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Freestylers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Georg Arbogast was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Aki Hofstedde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodosio Orkatz. Boulogne F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aki Hofstedde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. After 80 played minutes Freestylers got a freekick which was hit by Fatih Arendt. In the 87th match minute, Boulogne F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Elizardo to maneuver through the defense. Teodosio Orkatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fernando Díaz in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Boulogne F.C. booed when Freestylers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Schuster didn't get a good kick on the ball. Freestylers were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Boulogne F.C. for a fine match.
