Gavino Eguntsenti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Mare in the 6th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Jon-Ander Wallffiguer put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gavino Eguntsenti. After 12 minutes, Omar Librado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Equipo and the Zorros del Desierto players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Higinio Beltza fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Equipo's protests and gave Higinio Beltza a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Equipo's Higinio Beltza got a free kick in the 16th minute. Higinio Beltza kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Concetto Mare took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Gavino Eguntsenti to make any attempt to save it. 28 minutes into the match, Concetto Mare had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gavino Eguntsenti. Equipo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Concetto Mare was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Gavino Eguntsenti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Mare in the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Victor Orzaize managed to get in a good position for a shot. Equipo's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Orzaize was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Araya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th play minute Concetto Mare came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gavino Eguntsenti. 4-0. A collision led to Equipo getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Saverio Elivareo hit a great ball. Gavino Eguntsenti came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Zorros del Desierto's Concetto Mare. But to his dismay, Concetto Mare quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Gavino Eguntsenti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto Mare in the 42nd minute of play. Concetto Mare might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gavino Eguntsenti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Concetto Mare ran back to his position shaking his head. 44 minutes into the match, Equipo's goalkeeper Gavino Eguntsenti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Concetto Mare. Hugo Araya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Librado in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Zorros del Desierto made a substitution. Chiquito Escalante replaced Nicolás Tagliani. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saverio Elivareo during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Saverio Elivareo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Ivan Cambranes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gavino Eguntsenti. Equipo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Equipo's Gavino Eguntsenti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Mare in the 69th minute of play. Hugo Araya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Orzaize in the 70th minute of the match. After 72 minutes of play, Zorros del Desierto's Concetto Mare made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavino Eguntsenti was left in no man's land by his defense there! Equipo's Gavino Eguntsenti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Mare in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute Zorros del Desierto were awarded a corner. Ivan Cambranes went to the cornerflag to take it. Ivan Cambranes made a great header on Zorros del Desierto's corner, it was just that Equipo's Gavino Eguntsenti managed to reach the ball for a save. Victor Orzaize's late challenge caught a Zorros del Desierto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Orzaize helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th match minute, Equipo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Orzaize to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute Jon-Ander Wallffiguer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Eguntsenti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Equipo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ivan Cambranes was slow to take the kick. During this time Zorros del Desierto's players had a chance to rest. 82 minutes into the match, Equipo's goal looked a bit too open when Jon-Ander Wallffiguer came free, but Gavino Eguntsenti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Equipo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Librado to maneuver through the defense.
