The audience was convinced that José Carlos Lorie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saul Dolcet was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marco Fernandes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Los Espinillos FC's Saul Dolcet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Los Espinillos FC from getting a goal against them. 52 minutes into the match, Los Espinillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Carlos Lorie came free, but Saul Dolcet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Quique Fevre fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TAVHIK FC's protests and gave Quique Fevre a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Lázaro Foro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Espinillos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Los Espinillos FC's Rene Tadzio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Saul Dolcet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Carlos Lorie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Candido Johnson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saul Dolcet. Los Espinillos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Candido Johnson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 79 played minutes TAVHIK FC got a freekick which was hit by Candido Johnson. José Carlos Lorie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Los Espinillos FC's Saul Dolcet got control of the ball when José Carlos Lorie tried to sneak it across the goal line.
