Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anselmo Pietrangelo started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, Rezende FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardinho Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. Adalberto Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Biagio Pallini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardinho Cardoso in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Di Luca saved Foot Ball Club di Roma from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Biagio Pallini in the 17th minute of play forced Rezende FC's goalkeeper Adalberto Paranaense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Dino Di Luca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Velasco in the 18th minute of play. Dino Di Luca made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Afonsinho Tasso sent off a good shot on target. Leonardo Spinazzola kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The supporters of Foot Ball Club di Roma booed when Rezende FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Sergipano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dino Di Luca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardinho Cardoso in the 27th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Dino Di Luca successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ettore Scarcella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute, Sebastião Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Afonsinho Tasso fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rezende FC's protests and gave Afonsinho Tasso a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes Rezende FC got a freekick which was hit by Afonsinho Tasso. Adalberto Paranaense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Pietrangelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Adalberto Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Scarcella in the 41st minute of the match. The Rezende FC fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Rezende FC's Luiz Paulo Velasco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 46 played minutes Foot Ball Club di Roma got a freekick which was hit by Ettore Scarcella. The audience was convinced that Bernardinho Cardoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dino Di Luca was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bernardinho Cardoso might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dino Di Luca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardinho Cardoso ran back to his position shaking his head. After 53 minutes, Luiz Paulo Velasco made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Dino Di Luca tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rezende FC made a substitution. Caetano Freitas replaced Josué Castro. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rezende FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonardo Spinazzola was slow to take the kick. During this time Foot Ball Club di Roma's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Leonardo Spinazzola almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rezende FC's Adalberto Paranaense did a great save. 60 minutes into the match, Foot Ball Club di Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Afonsinho Tasso came free, but Dino Di Luca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Ediberto Linares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Di Luca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Alberigo Villa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Foot Ball Club di Roma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rezende FC the free kick. If Luiz Paulo Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adalberto Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Pietrangelo in the 76th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Luiz Paulo Velasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dino Di Luca was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Davide Carlucci was substituted for Biagio Pallini. In the 86th match minute, Rezende FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Paulo Velasco to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Rezende FC's zone, Andrea Di Girolamo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adalberto Paranaense came out of the goal and Andrea Di Girolamo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastião Sergipano hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Leonardo Spinazzola, 89 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 95th match minute, Foot Ball Club di Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Cimino to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rezende FC fully deserved thier win.
