Witold Luty hit a great ball. Ettore Masciarelli hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Eurospeed Asti's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Sanocki came free, but Damiano Battisti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmund Sanocki was the one to do the kick off. Damiano Battisti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Sanocki in the 55th minute of the match. Stasio Brodzki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee ignored Rezurekcja Gomulin's protests and gave Wieslaw Czajka a yellow card for diving instead. Eurospeed Asti's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
