After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Branislav Kubičko managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC DAC 1904's supporters rose to their feet, but Branislav Kubičko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermelando Palacios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Daniel Török came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the FC DAC 1904 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Török couldn't finish the play. A collision led to FC DAC 1904 getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Branislav Kubičko hit a great ball. FC DAC 1904's Michal Praženica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Vagrande in the 13th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match FC DAC 1904 got a corner. Fesport FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Róbert Vácval ran over to the corner to take the kick. Matúš Smrečko made a great header on FC DAC 1904's corner, it was just that Fesport FC's Hermelando Palacios managed to reach the ball for a save. Hermelando Palacios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Dzuba in the 36th minute of play. Michal Praženica didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baldovino Nueva went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The FC DAC 1904 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fesport FC were winning 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baldovino Nueva to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in FC DAC 1904's zone, Aimar Merino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michal Praženica came out of the goal and Aimar Merino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 54 minutes on the clock, Marek Šišolák commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 54th minute, one of FC DAC 1904:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC DAC 1904. In the 59th match minute, FC DAC 1904 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Branislav Kubičko to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Fesport FC's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Vácval came free, but Hermelando Palacios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Branislav Kubičko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermelando Palacios having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Ivan Marcin notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Fesport FC's Hermelando Palacios. Hermelando Palacios was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Branislav Kubičko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Hermelando Palacios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michal Praženica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aimar Merino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Prospero Sarrate kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes, FC DAC 1904's Róbert Vácval shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hermelando Palacios came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Eguzki Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Matúš Smrečko fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC DAC 1904's protests and gave Matúš Smrečko a yellow card for diving instead. When the match was over Fesport FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC DAC 1904 throughout the match.
