In the 16th minute, John Aldridge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Aldridge got free with Denizhan Kirtekin in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to ---Atam Osmanlı--- getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Haşmet Şahbaz hit a great ball. John Aldridge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denizhan Kirtekin having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Manly FC's goal looked a bit too open when Haşmet Şahbaz came free, but Duncan Mcinnes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neville Marsland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Denizhan Kirtekin made a huge save. Duncan Mcinnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haşmet Şahbaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Cumali Kızıl took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duncan Mcinnes. The supporters of Manly FC booed when ---Atam Osmanlı--- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vecdet Hünkar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carmichael Carbery might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denizhan Kirtekin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carmichael Carbery ran back to his position shaking his head. Denizhan Kirtekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmichael Carbery's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Neville Marsland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmichael Carbery received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Denizhan Kirtekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Manly FC had played much better football throughout.
