André Abraão was slow to take the kick. During this time Reko-Recko 03™'s players had a chance to rest. Camilo Fresnedo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Giuseppe de Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jose Vimaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th match minute, La Maquina 9-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Illan to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Xande Cabezudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelino Nueva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Ebardo in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to La Maquina 9-12-18 getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dario Gelacio hit a great ball. Reko-Recko 03™'s Camilo Fresnedo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jose Vimaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xande Cabezudo in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Reko-Recko 03™ got a corner. La Maquina 9-12-18's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. André Abraão ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that André Abraão got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jose Vimaro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Angelino Nueva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Bero in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Dario Gelacio got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 36 played minutes La Maquina 9-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Jose Cordarrol. Jose Vimaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xande Cabezudo in the 38th minute of the match. Angelino Nueva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Ebardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Reko-Recko 03™'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Candido Ebardo was slow to take the kick. During this time La Maquina 9-12-18's players had a chance to rest. La Maquina 9-12-18's Candido Ebardo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Angelino Nueva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Angelino Nueva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejo Bazkoare in the 46th minute. Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Reko-Recko 03™ from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

André Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Candido Ebardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Nueva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelino Nueva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Ebardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. La Maquina 9-12-18's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Candido Ebardo in the 56th minute. In the 62nd minute, Giuseppe de Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jose Vimaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xande Cabezudo's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. The supporters of La Maquina 9-12-18 booed when Reko-Recko 03™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xande Cabezudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelino Nueva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Ebardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Bazkoare came free, but Angelino Nueva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, La Maquina 9-12-18's Jose Vimaro got control of the ball when Xande Cabezudo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Angelino Nueva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Ebardo in the 81st minute of play. Federico Valverde hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Selman Ruzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Ebardo in the 93rd minute of play forced Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper Angelino Nueva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Reko-Recko 03™ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Reko-Recko 03™ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
