OSTROVA's Lulcho Pirov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Petersson in the 6th minute of play. Lulcho Pirov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Petersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Lulcho Pirov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Petersson in the 20th minute of the match. After 21 minutes OSTROVA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alessio Cinalli who took care of the corner kick. In the 25th minute Iliyan Imov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Grep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. OSTROVA's Presiyan Ploskov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rune Grep in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rune Grep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iliyan Imov in the 28th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Georgi Nedkov got free with Rune Grep in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Iliyan Imov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rune Grep was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. OSTROVA's Pavel Minov got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rune Grep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavel Minov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Jonathan Petersson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of OSTROVA's Lulcho Pirov. Lulcho Pirov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Lirarnas Lag were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iliyan Imov made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Lirarnas Lag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luo Gang Zhan to maneuver through the defense. Rune Grep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georgi Nedkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Lirarnas Lag's goal looked a bit too open when Iliyan Imov came free, but Rune Grep reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th match minute, OSTROVA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georgi Nedkov to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, OSTROVA's Presiyan Ploskov got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 87 minutes, Apostol Ambov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OSTROVA and the Lirarnas Lag players grew even worse after the yellow card. 87 minutes into the game, one of OSTROVA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
