San Lorenzo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 14th minute, Ciriaco Llorenc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casper Mcneven was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Irving Mcjunkins took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Barbosa. Mateo Barbosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 36 minutes, Cleto Cristofol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Lorenzo and the Stratton FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th match minute, San Lorenzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Cristofol to maneuver through the defense. After 41 played minutes Stratton FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnie Riley. In the 42nd minute, Cristobal Paez fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Casper Mcneven, passed just outside the right post. Esteve Oroitz hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 49th minute of the match Brett Ashby sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mateo Barbosa skillfully saved the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Cristobal Paez made the kick off in the second half. Casper Mcneven took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Llorenc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The San Lorenzo fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when San Lorenzo's Cleto Cristofol looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 69 minutes into the match, Stratton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Paez came free, but Casper Mcneven reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casper Mcneven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Ruisko in the 83rd minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Llorenc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Casper Mcneven was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Casper Mcneven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Llorenc in the 91st minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Ciriaco Llorenc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casper Mcneven. Stratton FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciriaco Llorenc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. San Lorenzo had played much better football throughout.
