The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bulldog 07's Fausto Astigar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Erubiel Artizar, made in the 9th minute of the game. Emilian Ferenț stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernabe Favila's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Gheorghe Buta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Uriel Furman came out and tried to block the shot, but Gheorghe Buta slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Bulldog 07's Marciano Jenaro got a free kick in the 18th minute. Emilian Ferenț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabe Favila in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Bernabe Favila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emilian Ferenț was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Uriel Furman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gheorghe Buta in the 27th minute. Fausto Astigar kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of Bulldog 07 booed when F.C.DrobetA-Știința- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Artizar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilian Ferenț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Favila in the 38th minute of play. Emilian Ferenț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Favila, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Favila in the 40th minute of play forced F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s goalkeeper Emilian Ferenț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafin Olo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilian Ferenț read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafin Olo to make the kick off. In the 50th minute, Erubiel Artizar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafin Olo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emilian Ferenț having to make a save. Emilian Ferenț made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Emilian Ferenț made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Bernabe Favila sent off a good shot on target. Bulldog 07's Nahuel Molina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vic Cos, made in the 84th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Vic Cos in the 88th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Bulldog 07's Nahuel Molina. 89 minutes into the game, Teo Eguen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emilian Ferenț. Teo Eguen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Edgardo Cristofol charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgardo Cristofol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bulldog 07 booed when F.C.DrobetA-Știința- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Cristofol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bulldog 07's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
