Darwin Saville FC's Philip Powderham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Libertad Matamoro in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Darwin Saville FC booed when No Me Inscriban Gracias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Vidanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half No Me Inscriban Gracias were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justavino Eradi to strike the kick off in the second half. Suscal Santalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Philip Powderham made a huge save. In the 53rd minute, López Arruda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Suscal Santalla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Philip Powderham when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 64 played minutes, Darwin Saville FC's Bath Clinton shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rixon Espinoza came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Darwin Saville FC reached it. In the 66th match minute, No Me Inscriban Gracias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urti Envito to maneuver through the defense. Philip Powderham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Libertad Matamoro in the 73rd minute.
