Spectators: 209 (Terracing: 157, Seating: 48, VIP seats: 4) FC Lëtzebuerg's Cédric Payen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Loïc Payen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Titas Dalinkevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. A collision led to FC Lëtzebuerg getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Cédric Payen hit a great ball. Artūras Alksmantas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Loïc Payen. FC Lëtzebuerg's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jamie Carragher kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Basarab Baldovinescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Ries in the 14th minute. Loïc Payen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Titas Dalinkevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Loïc Payen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vismantas Baliutis in the 19th minute of play. Aaron Chevalier kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Loïc Payen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulius Rožėnas in the 21st minute of play. Loïc Payen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulius Rožėnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Paulius Rožėnas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Loïc Payen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 46 minutes, Adam Ries mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Lëtzebuerg and the Hexo Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulius Rožėnas to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Albertas Marcišauskas notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of FC Lëtzebuerg's Loïc Payen. Loïc Payen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Gerry Taube fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Lëtzebuerg's protests and gave Gerry Taube a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Lëtzebuerg getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Gerry Taube hit a great ball. Vaidotas Indriulis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 54th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Artūras Alksmantas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Loïc Payen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Albertas Marcišauskas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Loïc Payen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Loïc Payen made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Albertas Marcišauskas sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the match, Paulius Rožėnas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Loïc Payen. FC Lëtzebuerg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulius Rožėnas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. In the 71st minute, Cédric Payen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute of the match Vaidotas Indriulis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Loïc Payen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Loïc Payen was a little too slow when Albertas Marcišauskas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-8. Loïc Payen came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Hexo Utd's Vismantas Baliutis. But to his dismay, Vismantas Baliutis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. 80 minutes into the game, Paulius Rožėnas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Loïc Payen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 85th minute, Hexo Utd's Titas Dalinkevičius ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Loïc Payen. Loïc Payen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. Albertas Marcišauskas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Loïc Payen firmly grabbed it by the left post. 92 minutes into the match, FC Lëtzebuerg's goalkeeper Loïc Payen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulius Rožėnas. Hexo Utd's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
