After 4 played minutes Remedios SC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseu Seco. Xalbador Gamiz made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when 楚庭潮 sent off a good shot on target. When Celsinho Goiano fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Remedios SC's protests and gave Celsinho Goiano a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Remedios SC's Horácio Maciel got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lop Ramallal in the 11th minute of play forced Remedios SC's goalkeeper Arnaldo Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz got control of the ball when 楚庭潮 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Batista Liebana kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes GreenUnited got a freekick which was hit by Lop Ramallal. When Walmir Monteiro fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Remedios SC's protests and gave Walmir Monteiro a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Remedios SC got a freekick which was hit by Walmir Monteiro. In the 27th minute Lop Ramallal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Eger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Eger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lop Ramallal's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes Remedios SC got a freekick which was hit by Walmir Monteiro. 楚庭潮's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xalbador Gamiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Remedios SC's 楚庭潮 came free and shot a quick shot against goal 38 minutes in the game, fortunately Xalbador Gamiz had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 40 minutes into the match, Celsinho Goiano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Xalbador Gamiz, 1-0. GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu Seco in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Macario Runs made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Walmir Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sarracino Ser in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo Eger saved Remedios SC from getting behind. Celsinho Goiano hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Sarracino Ser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 60 minutes, 楚庭潮 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Remedios SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but 楚庭潮 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 楚庭潮 in the 62nd minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 楚庭潮 in the 66th minute of play. If Sarracino Ser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 楚庭潮 in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xalbador Gamiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led Remedios SC's Natanael Silveira to fire away a dangerous shot which Xalbador Gamiz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Remedios SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Lop Ramallal scored to the left of an out of position Arnaldo Eger, making the score, 1-1. 楚庭潮 might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xalbador Gamiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 楚庭潮 ran back to his position shaking his head. Xalbador Gamiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 楚庭潮 in the 92nd minute of play. Remedios SC's Walmir Monteiro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Teo Angeles, made in the 95th minute of the game. The GreenUnited players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Remedios SC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
