A hard shot 12 in the game by Zarbonin Sotuela from a close distance when the talented Willian Valladares managed to make a qualified save. Ricart Futebol Clube's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, GreenUnited's Teo Angeles got a free kick in the 15th minute. Xalbador Gamiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by GreenUnited's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Reinaldo Palmeira was slow to take the kick. During this time Ricart Futebol Clube's players had a chance to rest. Xalbador Gamiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xalbador Gamiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Ramalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in GreenUnited fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Batista Liebana hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Ramalho in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute Reinaldo Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xalbador Gamiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the GreenUnited defense, Abel Ramalho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xalbador Gamiz. The GreenUnited fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xalbador Gamiz should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Ramalho made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Abel Ramalho took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Xalbador Gamiz to make any attempt to save it. Ricart Futebol Clube's Abel Ramalho got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ricart Futebol Clube made a substitution. José Augusto Tepedino replaced Frank de Moraes. Abel Ramalho kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Abel Ramalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xalbador Gamiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Reinaldo Palmeira was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Reinaldo Palmeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xalbador Gamiz having to interfere. Abel Ramalho did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Xalbador Gamiz 73 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Abel Ramalho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Xalbador Gamiz, 0-10. Xalbador Gamiz was a little too slow when Abel Ramalho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-11. The supporters of GreenUnited booed when Ricart Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jânio Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Ricart Futebol Clube's Abel Ramalho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Xalbador Gamiz. Xalbador Gamiz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. When the match was over Ricart Futebol Clube could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than GreenUnited throughout the match.
