Ekedalen SK's Per Bröms played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calle Jakobsson in the 8th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Calle Jakobsson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ekedalen SK's Per Bröms. Per Bröms was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isac Höijer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Per-Erik Biörk made a huge save. 13 minutes into the match, Robíño Football Club's Patrik Giliusson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per Bröms narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Robíño Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ekedalen SK the free kick. The supporters of Ekedalen SK booed when Robíño Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joar Melin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Per-Erik Biörk made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Morgan Ekström sent off a good shot on target. After 29 played minutes Ekedalen SK got a freekick which was hit by Morgan Ekström. Per Bröms took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calle Jakobsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Calle Jakobsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Robíño Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Calle Jakobsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per Bröms breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patrik Giliusson scored 0-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Per Bröms, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Per Bröms made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calle Jakobsson in the 36th minute of play. Zebastian Sjöberg hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. A collision led to Robíño Football Club getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Esbjörn Karlsson hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute, Tommy Wester got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Ekedalen SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Robíño Football Club were winning 0-2.

Robíño Football Club's Kent Bergkvist was substituted for Ernst Granqvist. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stig Rönn to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Robíño Football Club's Kent Bergkvist made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Per Bröms was left in no man's land by his defense there! 56 minutes into the match, Ekedalen SK's goal looked a bit too open when Calle Jakobsson came free, but Per Bröms reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Joar Melin came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Robíño Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joar Melin couldn't finish the play. Per Bröms showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Bergkvist in the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Ekedalen SK booed when Robíño Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Giliusson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt-Arne Ugla was slow to take the kick. During this time Robíño Football Club's players had a chance to rest. Calle Jakobsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Ekedalen SK's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Bergkvist came free, but Per Bröms reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
