An unexpectedly hard shot by Brad Ridding in the 4th minute of play forced OSTROVA's goalkeeper Velyo Lachkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute Tytus Drab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velyo Lachkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Tadeusz Grocholski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brad Ridding in the 11th minute of play forced OSTROVA's goalkeeper Velyo Lachkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Tytus Drab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velyo Lachkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Lucjan Chmielecki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Velyo Lachkov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 17 minutes into the match, OSTROVA's goal looked a bit too open when Tytus Drab came free, but Velyo Lachkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brad Ridding in the 19th minute of play forced OSTROVA's goalkeeper Velyo Lachkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Brad Ridding made a precise shot to the right of Velyo Lachkov. OSTROVA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Chmielecki in the 24th minute of play forced OSTROVA's goalkeeper Velyo Lachkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Velyo Lachkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brad Ridding in the 30th minute of play. OSTROVA's Velyo Lachkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tytus Drab in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to OSTROVA getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Marin Petrishki hit a great ball. After 42 minutes, Brad Ridding made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. OSTROVA's Velyo Lachkov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 46 minutes into the game, Tytus Drab cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Velyo Lachkov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tytus Drab to make the kick off. Velyo Lachkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Grocholski in the 52nd minute of play. With his leg Velyo Lachkov managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when MATRIX TEAM's Tytus Drab fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 59th minute of the match MATRIX TEAM got a corner. OSTROVA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tadeusz Grocholski ran over to the corner to take the kick. MATRIX TEAM's Albert Stenqvist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Velyo Lachkov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. MATRIX TEAM were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after OSTROVA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tadeusz Grocholski took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Izydor Filanowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Velyo Lachkov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 65 minutes into the game, MATRIX TEAM's Brad Ridding nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Velyo Lachkov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Drab in the 68th minute of play forced OSTROVA's goalkeeper Velyo Lachkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mirolyub Altúnkov hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Tytus Drab reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Velyo Lachkov. The goal made the score 1-7. After 74 minutes, Nikolay Bangeev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OSTROVA and the MATRIX TEAM players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nikolay Bangeev kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Velyo Lachkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brad Ridding in the 76th minute of the match. When MATRIX TEAM's Brad Ridding, in the 76th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for MATRIX TEAM. OSTROVA's Velyo Lachkov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save OSTROVA from getting a goal against them. 80 minutes into the match, Mirolyub Altúnkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tobiasz Niedzwiecki. MATRIX TEAM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mirolyub Altúnkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-7. Brad Ridding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Velyo Lachkov having to interfere. Tobiasz Niedzwiecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Petrishki in the 86th minute of play. When the match was over MATRIX TEAM could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than OSTROVA throughout the match.
