After taking down the ball on Defensores de Fasano's corner Luiz Andrade fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Claes Caspersson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 22nd minute Luiz Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Caspersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Cheetah Team's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Nazario came free, but Claes Caspersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Valter Mellin made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Cheetah Team's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Andrade came free, but Claes Caspersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54thth minute of the game Generoso Nazario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cheetah Team's Claes Caspersson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Cheetah Team's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Nazario came free, but Claes Caspersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Valter Mellin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Deng Liang Yao was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. There was no doubt that Defensores de Fasano were the better team. Defensores de Fasano's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
