Cedric Ceballos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Aurelio Lehen made a huge save. Momo Sampler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Francho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Cayetano Francho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Momo Sampler, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute, Leo Chesus made a precise shot to the right of Aurelio Lehen. FUF F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cedric Ceballos got free with Aurelio Lehen in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cayetano Francho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugo Ixaka's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Cedric Ceballos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aurelio Lehen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cayetano Francho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Momo Sampler in the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute Atabek Ula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Francho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match FUF F.C got a corner. Patay Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Atabek Ula ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of FUF F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Patay Juniors:s goal. 46 minutes into the match, FUF F.C's Momo Sampler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cayetano Francho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cedric Ceballos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Aurelio Lehen made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Momo Sampler to make the kick off. Aurelio Lehen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güntekin Enginer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Astigar hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 63 played minutes Patay Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Gasteiz. The supporters of FUF F.C booed when Patay Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Gasteiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Momo Sampler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cayetano Francho. Patay Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Momo Sampler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 69th minute Prospero Petri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Lehen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cedric Ceballos kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Cedric Ceballos hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FUF F.C's Morjan Al Ateqi got a free kick in the 77th minute. FUF F.C made a substitution. Edelmiro Resto replaced Hipolito Dalmau. A collision led to FUF F.C getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Morjan Al Ateqi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Henric in the 86th minute of play forced Patay Juniors's goalkeeper Cayetano Francho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 minutes of play, FUF F.C's Jose Henric made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cayetano Francho was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Jose Henric took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Cayetano Francho to make any attempt to save it. The Patay Juniors supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FUF F.C's performance. The match ended with a win for FUF F.C.
