Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matheus Baltazar in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrei Cerbu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Söderbröder's Vidar Hjortberg in 22 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Andrei Cerbu guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Vidar Hjortberg put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Andrei Cerbu. The referee gave GLADIADORES a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ian Bastos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Söderbröder's Björn Browall. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan do Vale got free with Björn Browall in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, Tales Toledo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Söderbröder's Björn Browall. Björn Browall was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 35 played minutes Söderbröder got a freekick which was hit by Vidar Hjortberg. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wilson Andrade stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andrei Cerbu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingmar Törnblom in the 58th minute of the match.
