Su Xu Xi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Björn Browall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Vidar Hjortberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Söderbröder's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unione Sportiva the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Su Xu Xi in the 94th minute of play forced Söderbröder's goalkeeper Björn Browall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
