Vilhelm Trulsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Övertorneå RK's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tage Falk got free with Bernard Kufner in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of NK BRONZIN booed when Övertorneå RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Erroman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute Niclas Jakobsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Kufner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute Natko Gajski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austen Willis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Övertorneå RK were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after NK BRONZIN's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vilhelm Trulsson took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Vilhelm Trulsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernard Kufner quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, NK BRONZIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natko Gajski to maneuver through the defense. Niclas Jakobsson scored 2-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernard Kufner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Austen Willis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 92nd minute NK BRONZIN were awarded a corner. Natko Gajski went to the cornerflag to take it. 93 minutes into the match, NK BRONZIN's goal looked a bit too open when August Bergendahl came free, but Bernard Kufner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94 played minutes NK BRONZIN got a freekick which was hit by Radomil Ciszewski. For all the effort they put into the match, the NK BRONZIN players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Övertorneå RK.
