Andreas Falk struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Rogelio Hanni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Northland Vikings. Ture Waller might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogelio Hanni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ture Waller ran back to his position shaking his head. Rogelio Hanni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ture Waller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ture Waller in the 8th minute of play forced Jacksonville 67's goalkeeper Rogelio Hanni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacksonville 67's Rogelio Hanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ture Waller in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Ture Waller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Hanni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Ture Waller notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Jacksonville 67's Rogelio Hanni. Rogelio Hanni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oscar Cruz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Benne Benneborg made a huge save. Northland Vikings's Ture Waller got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Northland Vikings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ture Waller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Jacksonville 67's zone, Ture Waller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Hanni came out of the goal and Ture Waller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ture Waller came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Northland Vikings fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ture Waller couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oscar Cruz to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Burak Öz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benne Benneborg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benne Benneborg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burak Öz in the 54th minute of play. Oscar Cruz succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. In the 65th match minute, Jacksonville 67 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Horring to maneuver through the defense. The Jacksonville 67 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Northland Vikings had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
