In the 36th minute Anatole Le Lay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavius Ferenț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ryan Monvoisin hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Qiu Zhi was a little too slow when Alex Cunea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alex Cunea made the kick off in the second half. Qiu Zhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Cunea in the 59th minute of the match. If Jean-Yves Bayle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anatole Le Lays short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Flavius Ferenț to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anatole Le Lay got free with Flavius Ferenț in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 69 played minutes Rasnita got a freekick which was hit by Valer Fecioru. SILMONT made a substitution. Titouan Canal replaced Jean-Yves Bayle. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Qiu Zhi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 77th match minute, SILMONT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anatole Le Lay to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Rasnita booed when SILMONT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Duflos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Horaţiu Chelbea sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SILMONT's Qiu Zhi didn't even have to move. Qiu Zhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Toacsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Alex Cunea made a precise shot to the right of Qiu Zhi. SILMONT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. SILMONT's Gabriel Duflos got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Toacsen came free, but Qiu Zhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Rasnita's goalkeeper Flavius Ferenț had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Jakue. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omar Jakue in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavius Ferenț prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SILMONT's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
