A collision led to Grêmio Prudente getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Eleuterio Gaztea hit a great ball. In the 3rd minute, Ruperto Goizeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arturo Ascencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Quinto Fonticoba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13thth minute of the game Arturo Ascencio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Prudente's Quinto Fonticoba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Lucrețiu Grigore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Txema was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. The corner led Grêmio Prudente's Edson Ribeiro to fire away a dangerous shot which Felix Txema despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Black Sky FC fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Black Sky FC's Arturo Ascencio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Quinto Fonticoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Iyan in the 21st minute of the match. Arturo Ascencio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Quinto Fonticoba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Grêmio Prudente's Felix Txema threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lucrețiu Grigore, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 37th minute, Edson Ribeiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Felix Txema. The goal made the score 1-1. Quinto Fonticoba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Ascencio went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 48thth minute of the game Teofilo Iyan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Prudente's Quinto Fonticoba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Black Sky FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teofilo Iyan made a kick off. The throw-in from Nicolas Mendes in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Black Sky FC's Ruperto Goizeder. Teofilo Iyan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Quinto Fonticoba firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 59 played minutes Black Sky FC got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Ascencio. Black Sky FC made a substitution. Valentin Pacifico replaced Arturo Ascencio. After a rather tough play, Black Sky FC's Arturo Ascencio got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute, Lucrețiu Grigore made a precise shot to the right of Felix Txema. Black Sky FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Black Sky FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Grêmio Prudente:s goal. The referee gave Grêmio Prudente a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edson Ribeiro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Black Sky FC's Felix Txema. 3-2. Black Sky FC's Felix Txema played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Pedroso in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucrețiu Grigore in the 83rd minute of play forced Black Sky FC's goalkeeper Felix Txema to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Black Sky FC defense, Vicente Pedroso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Txema. The Black Sky FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Txema should have stopped the shot. Quinto Fonticoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Pacifico in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Grêmio Prudente fans cheered their team off the field, for while Black Sky FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
