The corner led GAÚCHO FC's Valério Netto to fire away a dangerous shot which Petr Glaser despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Vilhelm Lorden's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Petr Glaser skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 21 played minutes FK TEPLICE STARS got a freekick which was hit by Roman Holec. Carroll Mansfield struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Petr Glaser didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GAÚCHO FC. Raí Seco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wladyslaw Miarka, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 28th match minute, FK TEPLICE STARS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Žárský to maneuver through the defense. If Vilhelm Lorden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FK TEPLICE STARS's Petr Glaser proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save FK TEPLICE STARS from getting a goal against them. FK TEPLICE STARS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Vilhelm Lorden scored to the left of an out of position Petr Glaser, making the score, 2-0. Vilhelm Lorden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Wladyslaw Miarka made the kick off in the second half. Petr Glaser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Medero in the 57th minute of play. Jan Žárský kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Jan Žárský hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute Vilhelm Lorden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Glaser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, FK TEPLICE STARS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeáš Bojanovský to maneuver through the defense. Petr Glaser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiran Centers, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute Valério Netto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Glaser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GAÚCHO FC's Raí Seco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladyslaw Miarka in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Tiran Centers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GAÚCHO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. FK TEPLICE STARS's Michal Juchelka was substituted for Josef Ludvík. 79 minutes into the match, FK TEPLICE STARS's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Lorden came free, but Petr Glaser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Vilhelm Lorden had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petr Glaser. FK TEPLICE STARS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vilhelm Lorden was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Petr Glaser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilhelm Lorden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Carroll Mansfield's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petr Glaser was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 93rd match minute, FK TEPLICE STARS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juvenal Aspe to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Vilhelm Lorden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that GAÚCHO FC were the better team. GAÚCHO FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
