After 16 minutes, Amedeo Hell made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pink Floyd's Humberto Cutberto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Fulvio Padula managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pink Floyd's Humberto Cutberto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Pink Floyd from getting a goal against them. Cipriano Calvet hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 10-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amedeo Hell to make the kick off.
