The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leontin Comăneci during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Leontin Comăneci. Albano Quilino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrei Pavel having to interfere. Eric Apostu hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Andrei Pavel made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ale Glowacz sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Quilino in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrei Pavel saved FC Fanaticii from getting behind. Zhuang Rong Yue struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Andrei Pavel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ. Andrei Pavel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Quilino, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Albano Quilino managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's supporters rose to their feet, but Albano Quilino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrei Pavel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ale Glowacz in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ale Glowacz in the 30th minute of play forced FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Andrei Pavel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zhuang Rong Yue could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Andrei Pavel made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's zone, Mihai Măliță stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Basaik came out of the goal and Mihai Măliță tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute Albano Quilino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Pavel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Fanaticii's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Albano Quilino scored to the left of an out of position Andrei Pavel, making the score, 2-0. Daniel Skorny received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Andrei Pavel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Fanaticii's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Ale Glowacz scored to the left of an out of position Andrei Pavel, making the score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gică Curcă to make the kick off. After 51st play minutes Zhuang Rong Yue shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Andrei Pavel and just under the crossbar into goal. Andrei Pavel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ale Glowacz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was a well-played corner which Kurt Österberg managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 61stth minute of the game Ale Glowacz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ale Glowacz in the 62nd minute of play. When Ale Glowacz got free in front of the goal in the 62nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Andrei Pavel was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhuang Rong Yue in the 64th minute of play. Andrei Pavel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhuang Rong Yue in the 67th minute of the match. When KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Ale Glowacz in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The FC Fanaticii fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andrei Pavel should have stopped the shot. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Derman Cruchet was substituted for Zhuang Rong Yue. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ made a substitution. Hugon Murdza replaced Przemyslaw Moryl. Ale Glowacz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ booed when FC Fanaticii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisc Ciocâlteu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrei Pavel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Quilino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugon Murdza was slow to take the kick. During this time KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's players had a chance to rest. Albano Quilino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrei Pavel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ale Glowacz in the 90th minute of play forced FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Andrei Pavel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
