The Red Bull Magnus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cláudio Bittencourt should have stopped the shot. In the 13th minute, Jardel Cabezon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cláudio Bittencourt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 16th minute, Ivan Gutierrez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cláudio Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jardel Cabezon, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, EoDu Uai Sôccer's goalkeeper José-Luis Chilavert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Deng Wei Lin. You Wei Xing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but José-Luis Chilavert made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in EoDu Uai Sôccer's zone, Richard Hefter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José-Luis Chilavert came out of the goal and Richard Hefter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 42 minutes into the match, Jan Mlejnek notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Red Bull Magnus's Cláudio Bittencourt. Cláudio Bittencourt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. José-Luis Chilavert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Richard Hefter in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Jardel Cabezon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Richard Hefter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Cabezon in the 52nd minute of play forced Red Bull Magnus's goalkeeper Cláudio Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José-Luis Chilavert was left in no man's land by his defense there! EoDu Uai Sôccer's Hermínio Alves was substituted for Benjamin Vennersten. Jardel Cabezon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Cláudio Bittencourt made a huge save. EoDu Uai Sôccer's José-Luis Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bass Dost in the 66th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Richard Hefter made a precise shot to the right of José-Luis Chilavert. EoDu Uai Sôccer's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. 74 minutes into the game, Bass Dost cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. José-Luis Chilavert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cláudio Bittencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Cabezon in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bass Dost in the 85th minute of play forced EoDu Uai Sôccer's goalkeeper José-Luis Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. EoDu Uai Sôccer's José-Luis Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bass Dost in the 93rd minute of play. EoDu Uai Sôccer's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
