The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Bartolo Cordoba sent off a good shot on target. In the 10th minute, Gregorio Ruiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The throw-in from Benjamin Pavard in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Orxata I Fartons's Angelo Sacchi. Mike Maignan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Ibon Morcego kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zheng Jian in the 21st minute of play forced Uzumaki FC's goalkeeper Mike Maignan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Armindo Amado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Orxata I Fartons's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eron Abasalo was slow to take the kick. During this time Uzumaki FC's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olle Engström in the 34th minute of play forced Uzumaki FC's goalkeeper Mike Maignan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Zheng Jian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mike Maignan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Orxata I Fartons's Angelo Sacchi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Benjamin Pavard in the 42 minute of the game. When Uzumaki FC's Armindo Amado in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Orxata I Fartons's goalie prevented a goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armindo Amado to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Orxata I Fartons's Ilmar Pregel got a free kick in the 54th minute. Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Cordoba, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Orxata I Fartons's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Cordoba came free, but Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Orxata I Fartons booed when Uzumaki FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eron Abasalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mike Maignan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zheng Jian in the 62nd minute of the match. Mike Maignan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zheng Jian showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 67 minute of play. Orxata I Fartons's Zarando Manrique was substituted for Zheng Jian. Orxata I Fartons's Donatello Estrada was substituted for Josue Casanova. Mike Maignan came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Orxata I Fartons's Zarando Manrique. But to his dismay, Zarando Manrique quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Mike Maignan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zarando Manrique in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute, Orxata I Fartons's Zarando Manrique dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Cordoba in the 88th minute of play forced Orxata I Fartons's goalkeeper Candakausika von Buol-Schaudenstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Zarando Manrique came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Orxata I Fartons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zarando Manrique couldn't finish the play. Orxata I Fartons's Miroslaw Drab got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Uzumaki FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Orxata I Fartons were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
