Jurand Cempa started the match with the kick off. Korneliusz Ochabski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zachariasz Kociniewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Cempa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Napoleon Trojanowski came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Zacisze Częstochowa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Napoleon Trojanowski couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, TheLastDance's goal looked a bit too open when Napoleon Trojanowski came free, but Zachariasz Kociniewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Napoleon Trojanowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Kociniewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacisze Częstochowa were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after TheLastDance's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabrício Coelho took the corner. TheLastDance's Zachariasz Kociniewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jurand Cempa in the 37th minute of play. Zachariasz Kociniewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Napoleon Trojanowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The supporters of Zacisze Częstochowa booed when TheLastDance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raymond Dupuis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miroslaw Gollob made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Korneliusz Ochabski sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Edson-Arantes Maradona made the kick off in the second half. When Cristo Verdu came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Zacisze Częstochowa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristo Verdu couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zenon Cisek in the 63rd minute of play forced TheLastDance's goalkeeper Zachariasz Kociniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachariasz Kociniewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Napoleon Trojanowski in the 65th minute of the match. Zachariasz Kociniewski made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Cristo Verdu sent off a good shot on target. The corner led Zacisze Częstochowa's Dariusz Cerocki to fire away a dangerous shot which Zachariasz Kociniewski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. TheLastDance's Jaroslaw Gongolewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Napoleon Trojanowski kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 85thth minute of the game Jurand Cempa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TheLastDance's Zachariasz Kociniewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miroslaw Gollob showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaroslaw Gongolewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Zacisze Częstochowa's Miroslaw Gollob played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korneliusz Ochabski in the 91st minute of play. Zachariasz Kociniewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurand Cempa, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
