When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Mateo Palacio sped through Xurupita FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gustavo Coelho. When Mateo Palacio came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Zjem Cię fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateo Palacio couldn't finish the play. After 10 played minutes Zjem Cię got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Pawlak. After 11 played minutes, Xurupita FC's Ramón Valadares shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Napoleon Jajko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Xurupita FC reached it. In the 12th play minute Mateo Palacio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gustavo Coelho. 2-0. 16 minutes into the match, Zjem Cię's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Valadares came free, but Napoleon Jajko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Zjem Cię's goal looked a bit too open when Perivaldo Miranda came free, but Napoleon Jajko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramón Valadares in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Napoleon Jajko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Mateo Palacio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustavo Coelho was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Miroslaw Cichowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Napoleon Jajko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Perivaldo Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute of the match Xurupita FC got a corner. Zjem Cię's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ramón Valadares ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Albertinho de Amaral managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Gustavo Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Palacio in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertinho de Amaral in the 40th minute of play forced Zjem Cię's goalkeeper Napoleon Jajko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zjem Cię's Mateo Palacio got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Xurupita FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Coelho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mateo Palacio. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zenon Roman to strike the kick off in the second half. If Perivaldo Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Zjem Cię's goalkeeper Napoleon Jajko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Perivaldo Miranda. 58 minutes into the match, Zenon Roman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Coelho. Xurupita FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zenon Roman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The supporters of Zjem Cię booed when Xurupita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilvan Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zenon Roman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Coelho having to make a save. When Xurupita FC's Albertinho de Amaral in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Xurupita FC fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Xurupita FC's Albertinho de Amaral looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gilvan Ceresso charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilvan Ceresso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes Xurupita FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilvan Ceresso. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zjem Cię fans cheered their team off the field, for while Xurupita FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
