Caatiba MZC's Ergo Muro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Caatiba MZC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Riho Seitse got free with Ergo Muro in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vormsi Vald were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Caatiba MZC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mauricio Rodrigo took the corner. The corner led to Vormsi Vald's Carolo Ponce getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Carolo Ponce made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 10thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ergo Muro would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When %teams%'s Carolo Ponce was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 10 minutes into the game. Ergo Muro was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. 13 minutes into the match, Caatiba MZC's goalkeeper Ergo Muro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Riho Seitse. 14 minutes into the match, Vormsi Vald's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Ihazintu came free, but Kaljo Müürsepp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caatiba MZC were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Vormsi Vald's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaby Milito took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Marco-Antonio Ramiréz managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Niceto Ihazintu took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kaljo Müürsepp. Kaljo Müürsepp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Caatiba MZC's Ergo Muro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Riho Seitse in the 25th minute of play. Carolo Ponces short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Ergo Muro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Caatiba MZC booed when Vormsi Vald was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Vaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaljo Müürsepp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Ihazintu in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vormsi Vald's Leonel Vaz got a free kick in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the match, Caatiba MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Villem Ärsis came free, but Ergo Muro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Riho Seitse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After a rather tough play, Caatiba MZC's Rodriguinho Linhares got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niceto Ihazintu was the one to do the kick off. Kaljo Müürsepp made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Niceto Ihazintu sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes into the game, Natã Siqueira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caatiba MZC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vormsi Vald the free kick. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caatiba MZC's goalkeeper Ergo Muro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Villem Ärsis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ergo Muro was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Ergo Muro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villem Ärsis in the 61st minute of play. In the 61st minute Villem Ärsis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergo Muro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Niceto Ihazintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kaljo Müürsepp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Ihazintu in the 65th minute of the match. Ergo Muro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Ponce in the 69th minute of the match. Caatiba MZC's Nuno Mattos was substituted for Niceto Ihazintu. A collision led to Caatiba MZC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. The referee ignored Vormsi Vald's protests and gave Mattias Vennerberg a yellow card for diving instead. Vormsi Vald made a substitution. Vahur Muruaas replaced Mauricio Rodrigo. In the 83rd minute, one of Vormsi Vald:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vormsi Vald. In the 91st minute Carolo Ponce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergo Muro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaljo Müürsepp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Mattos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vormsi Vald's Kusti Haug was substituted for Mattias Vennerberg. When the final whistle went the supporters of Caatiba MZC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Vormsi Vald side.
