The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Red Proud FC's Romeo Lechințan managed to work through FC Töve's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Romeo Lechințan dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. C.J. 张俊朗 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Alströmmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Bryngelsson in the 10th minute of play forced Red Proud FC's goalkeeper C.J. 张俊朗 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Romeo Lechințan made a precise shot to the right of Åke Rudberg. FC Töve's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 20th minute, Ingmar Hellkvist made a precise shot to the right of C.J. 张俊朗. Red Proud FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. C.J. 张俊朗 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Bryngelsson in the 36th minute of play. Nick Elin hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 39 played minutes, Red Proud FC's Erlin Haaland shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Åke Rudberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Red Proud FC reached it. C.J. 张俊朗 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Bryngelsson in the 40th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ingmar Hellkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FC Töve's Jim Billock got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 59th match minute, FC Töve was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingmar Hellkvist to maneuver through the defense. Tomáš Pliešovský took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Åke Rudberg. Åke Rudberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. 66 minutes into the match, Tomáš Pliešovský notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of FC Töve's Åke Rudberg. Åke Rudberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Åke Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Lechințan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute Red Proud FC were awarded a corner. Erlin Haaland went to the cornerflag to take it. Dan Bryngelssons short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got C.J. 张俊朗 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 77 minutes, Romeo Lechințan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Red Proud FC and the FC Töve players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Red Proud FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Romeo Lechințan hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes FC Töve got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Rune Vacker. Åke Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Lechințan in the 80th minute of the match. After 84 minutes of play, Red Proud FC's Romeo Lechințan made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Åke Rudberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomáš Pliešovský might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Åke Rudberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomáš Pliešovský ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Red Proud FC's C.J. 张俊朗 got control of the ball when Ingmar Hellkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Red Proud FC were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after FC Töve's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erlin Haaland took the corner.
