In the 22nd minute Ćiro Immobile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Sordo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Ćiro Immobile had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Salvador Sordo. Eureka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ćiro Immobile was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A collision led to Eureka getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Eureka's Salvador Sordo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Martinsson in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, ZigZag Athletic's goalkeeper Frederic Gschwendtner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentim Castilho.
