In the 68th match minute, Noisiel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustapha Debray to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Noisiel's goal looked a bit too open when Thalis Krommidas came free, but Karlheinz Ludecke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karlheinz Ludecke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thalis Krommidas's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Jules Berna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Thanasis Koltsidas made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jules Berna during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thomas Papatrechas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
