The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Ciprian Alexe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fang Xing Ang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Allan Shearer in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fang Xing Ang saved Rossoneri XI from getting behind. Nistor Maghiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Özdilek in the 17th minute of play. Gordon Miner kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Minerul Baita -MM- from getting a goal against them. After having played for 22 minutes, Frederik Dhondt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minerul Baita -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Frederik Dhondt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Nistor Maghiar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Georg Simonsson. 26 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Georg Simonsson came free, but Nistor Maghiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nistor Maghiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Simonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Ciprian Alexe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fang Xing Ang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nistor Maghiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Soveral in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciprian Alexe in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fang Xing Ang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Honorato Soveral might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nistor Maghiar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Honorato Soveral ran back to his position shaking his head. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Özdilek made a kick off. Mehmet Özdilek hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Özdilek came free, but Nistor Maghiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Rossoneri XI getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Winford McGraw hit a great ball. Maksymilian Bulkiewicz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fang Xing Ang. Rossoneri XI's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Rossoneri XI's goal looked a bit too open when Ciprian Alexe came free, but Fang Xing Ang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fang Xing Ang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maksymilian Bulkiewicz in the 71st minute of the match. Fang Xing Ang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Shearer, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Nistor Maghiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Simonsson in the 78th minute of play. Albin Björklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fang Xing Ang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciprian Alexe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute Ciprian Alexe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fang Xing Ang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Mehmet Özdilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Maghiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rossoneri XI's Fang Xing Ang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Rossoneri XI from getting a goal against them. Frederik Dhondt struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Fang Xing Ang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minerul Baita -MM-. The audience thought a goal was coming when Allan Shearer got free with Fang Xing Ang in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
