San Lorenzo 11's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saturnino Johans was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ni Chuan hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 30thth minute of the game Vicente Bidun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Napoleón 2018's Edmílson Veloso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Jero Rivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes Napoleón 2018 got a freekick which was hit by Ni Chuan. After 38 played minutes, San Lorenzo 11's Delmar Oskitz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edmílson Veloso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in San Lorenzo 11 reached it. Aldo Bilintx was a little too slow when Saturnino Johans got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 2-0. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Jero Rivera took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Aldo Bilintx to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vinicio Mendiko to strike the kick off in the second half. Aldo Bilintx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Johans in the 53rd minute of the match. San Lorenzo 11's Aldo Bilintx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jero Rivera in the 67th minute of play. Eugenio Avellaneda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edmílson Veloso came out and tried to block the shot, but Eugenio Avellaneda slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 88th minute. The supporters of Napoleón 2018 booed when San Lorenzo 11 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filiberto Ekialde's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Edmílson Veloso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Saturnino Johans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Bilintx having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the San Lorenzo 11 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Napoleón 2018.
