In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Dharma Initiative's goalkeeper Francois Vanden Bossche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jorden Tubbackx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benedicto Vidal having to make a save. Francois Vanden Bossche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliks Nieruchliwy, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Marco Domeka hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Feliks Nieruchliwy to strike the kick off in the second half. The score was 1-2 after a penalty in the 54th minute, where Soflov FC:s Cipriano Frans tricked FC Dharma Initiative:s Francois Vanden Bossche with a difficult ball by the left post. Francois Vanden Bossche made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feliks Nieruchliwy in the 57th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Roel De Haes in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Soflov FC's Marco Domeka. Soflov FC's Benedicto Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koen Steckens in the 94th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Soflov FC's Feliks Nieruchliwy got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 99th minute Feliks Nieruchliwy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francois Vanden Bossche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Dharma Initiative had won after a very even match.
