After having played for 17 minutes, Rasmus Gernberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doctors of Dental Surgery's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rasmus Gernberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radomil Weyna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulrik Allbom went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute Rasmus Gernberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomil Weyna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oliver Lundin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Soberano in the 24th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Ulrik Allbom notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of MKS Bełchatów's Radomil Weyna. Radomil Weyna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Radomil Weyna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rasmus Gernberg in the 36th minute of the match. Sylwester Lampa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. MKS Bełchatów were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Doctors of Dental Surgery's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radomir Bochinski took the corner. MKS Bełchatów's Radomil Weyna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrik Allbom in the 44th minute of play. If Jonathan Soberano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulrik Allbom was the one to do the kick off. If Ulrik Allbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Rasmus Gernberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Radomil Weyna, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, MKS Bełchatów's Radomir Bochinski got a free kick in the 61st minute. Radomil Weyna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasmus Gernberg in the 63rd minute of play. Radomil Weyna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rasmus Gernberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th match minute, MKS Bełchatów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomir Bochinski to maneuver through the defense. Doctors of Dental Surgery's Ulrik Allbom got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 93rd minute, MKS Bełchatów's Jurand Jastrowicz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jurand Jastrowicz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of MKS Bełchatów protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jurand Jastrowicz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Doctors of Dental Surgery eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
