After 12 minutes Varennes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 吴辰斌 who took care of the corner kick. Gilberto Boone made an important save on a dangerous shot by 郑广荣 in the 13th minute. ≮自由Ⅴ梦想≯·九天's 朱勇傲 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurice Odonnell in the 17th minute of play. The audience was convinced that 郑广荣's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilberto Boone was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 朱勇傲 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurice Odonnell, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 朱勇傲 came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Varennes's Wendell Petit. But to his dismay, Wendell Petit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 郑广荣 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilberto Boone having to make a save. If 杨伟飞 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 郑广荣 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Gilberto Boone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 郑广荣 in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilberto Boone saved Varennes from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 郑广荣 made a kick off. In the 54th match minute, Varennes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ward Houde to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Varennes's goalkeeper Gilberto Boone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 郑广荣 might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Boone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 郑广荣 ran back to his position shaking his head. Gilberto Boone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 郑广荣 in the 56th minute of the match. ≮自由Ⅴ梦想≯·九天's 朱勇傲 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save ≮自由Ⅴ梦想≯·九天 from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seth Luke in the 59th minute of play forced ≮自由Ⅴ梦想≯·九天's goalkeeper 朱勇傲 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Varennes's goal looked a bit too open when 郑广荣 came free, but Gilberto Boone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seth Luke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but 朱勇傲 made a huge save. In the 80th minute, Varennes's Donovan Nash ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 朱勇傲. 朱勇傲 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. 郑广荣 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ≮自由Ⅴ梦想≯·九天's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 吴辰斌 in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, Varennes's Quincy Loyd got a free kick in the 88th minute. If 吴辰斌 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Varennes's Gilberto Boone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 吴辰斌 in the 89th minute of play. 郑广荣's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilberto Boone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Seth Luke got free with 朱勇傲 in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Maurice Odonnell came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Varennes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maurice Odonnell couldn't finish the play. 朱勇傲 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seth Luke in the 94th minute of play. The ≮自由Ⅴ梦想≯·九天 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Varennes's performance. The match ended with a win for Varennes.
