In the 64th minute of the match Jurassic Monsters SA got a corner. Nova Era's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After 93 played minutes Jurassic Monsters SA got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Hasselqvist. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Sesuldo in the 96th minute of play forced Nova Era's goalkeeper Chico Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
